There are three options for online personal training:
Online sessions - these give you the opportunity to have 1:1 sessions with me online in the comfort of your own home. You can be anywhere in the world! You will also have access to an app which will help you on your fitness journey. Some of these features include food diary, exercise log, videos of different exercises and it will also track your progress.
Direct debit (4 sessions a month) - £100 (£25 per session)
Consultation and exercise plans - on this programme you will be given a 30 minute consultation once a fortnight and exercise plan to work on your own. The consultation will give you regular times to check in with me, ask questions and enable me to update your plan. You will also have access to an app which will help you on your fitness journey. Some of these features include food diary, exercise log, videos of different exercises and it will also track your progress.
Direct debit - £50 per month
Individualised exercise plan - after a consultation based on your goals I will make a personalised programme. This programme will be updated monthly to enable you to meet your targets. You will also have access to an app which will help you on your fitness journey. Some of these features include food diary, exercise log, videos of different exercises and it will also track your progress.
